The architecture in ITSM360

ITSM360 is an all-in-one ITSM tool, which consists of a number of tightly integrated and related modules. The tightly linked modules provides you with unique cross-module relations. This means that data created in one module can be accessed, displayed or repurposed in other modules, which allows you to navigate easily from overview to details and vice versa.

ITSM360 is based on a strong multisite architecture, where each item in selected lists have its own shared workspace with a unique site URL. This allows you to collect all records and documentation across the solution on a given item and to co-create content and work together within these shared workspaces.
